How do I post my job with MultiPost?
There are two different ways to use MultiPost: 1) by purchasing a MultiPost job posting from the Direct Order website or 2) choosing to distribute your job from an MBA school's job board powered by MBA Focus.
If you purchased a MultiPost job posting from the Direct Order website:
1. After checking out you will immediately receive an email with your job posting instructions.
2. Go to the URL and create a new account (if this is your first time using MultiPost) or sign in with previous MultiPost username and password (Note: you need to create an account even if you did so at the MBA Focus store already -- this is not the same system as the ordering site or any other resume book databases you have accessed)
3. Choose which schools and populations you wish to post your job opening to
4. Submit your job posting for approval (once approved, you will only be able to edit the job information, not the job distribution)
If you are coming from an MBA Focus powered job board at one of our partner business schools:
1. Click "YES" on the pop-up option to MultiPost your job
2. If this is your first time using MultiPost, create a new account (Note: you need to

How much is MultiPost? What do I get for this price?
The price for MultiPost varies per company: $195 for direct-hire firms, $95 for non-profit organizations, and $295 for search firms. This gives you the opportunity to post one job opening to as many or as few of our participating partners schools as you wish. The job posting will last for 30 days, at that point you can easily sign back in and pay for another 30 days at the same price.
What are "release dates"?
Release dates are when the resume databases will be available to employers for search and access. (Note: Here is a complete list of resume database release dates: http://www.mbafocus.net/resumepricesdates)Why am I getting an error when ordering resumes? The error could be a result of an existing issue between American Express and PayPal. Even if you are not using an AMEX credit card, forward the error to orders@mbafocus.com to have the issue quickly resolved.
How does the entire resume ordering/searching process work?
1. Create an account and/or log in to the secure Direct Order website: https://www.MBAFocus.com/orders/
2. Select all of the resume databases you want access to and then complete the checkout process.
3. You will receive a confirmation email of your order to the "Ship to" email address you entered. (Note: Make sure to not have the @mbafocus.com email domain in your spam or junk mail filter.)
4. Once the school approves you access, and the release date has passed, you will receive another email with instructions on how to log in and begin searching the resumes.
Why haven't I received resume database access and log-in information yet?
There could be two reasons why you have not received your log-in information and access to the online resume books you have ordered.
1. The resume database has not been released to employers/recruiters yet. For a full list of schools, resume databases available, and release dates, click here: http://www.mbafocus.net/resumepricesdates
2. The school's CSO has not yet approved your access to the resume database.
Once both of these steps are processed, you will receive an email with log-in instructions for access to the resumes.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your account, log-in to the MBA Focus Direct Order website (https://www.MBAFocus.com/orders) and click the "Order History" tab.
How do I access the resume databases to begin searching candidates?
Once approved by the school's career service office, you will receive an email following the release date of each resume database. This email will have detailed instructions on how to login to the resume database.
Who should I contact if my access is declined?
MBA Focus has no say in the approval process You can contact the school's career service office for more information as to why you have been declined access.
Why am I only seeing a single class in the resume database?
You will receive each resume database separately (even if you ordered a combo or "All Candidates" package) and each will have separate logins and accounts. (Note: This resume databases typically have different release dates.)
What is the difference between single vs. multi-user license work?
Our online resume databases are sold with a single user license by default. If you expect to have colleagues accessing the database(s), purchase a multi-user seat license so you do not run into access problems.
When will MultiPost launch?
The MultiPost job network launched in December of 2008.

No. MBA Focus products and services are only for those MBA students and alumni from the elite business schools around the world and the companies who employ those business leaders.
Can I, a graduate of one of the MBA Focus partner schools, passively look for a job?
Yes. Alumni from our partner schools have the option to remain confidential. Interested employers can contact these candidates only via "blind" email.
Why would a job posting be declined?
There are several reasons we might decline or place a listing on hold. Here is a partial list of the most common reasons:
* Not an appropriate job for elite MBAs
* Incomplete contact/recruiter information
* Blind email address or general phone number in contact/recruiter information
* Listing appears directed at incorrect audience (i.e. internships for experienced alumni)
* There is no company information, or company is determined not to exist
* The listing appears to be an attempt to merely collect resumes without a legitimate opening (This applies mostly to search firms)
* The website hyperlink entered does not lead to a valid URL
